Roshni Guerry, M.D. is Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at University of Pennsylvania where she is the HVC, Lung and Renal Clinic Outpatient Palliative Care Director at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine. 

Dr. Guerry holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Williams College and completed her medical degree at University of Rochester School of Medicine in 2006. She continued her training at University of Rochester to complete a combined Internal Medicine and Pediatric Residency followed by a fellowship in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. 

Dr Guerry was selected to the Delaware Business Times “40 Under 40” in 2016, named the Delaware Quality of Life Committee’s “Outstanding Physician in Palliative Care” for 2018, and honored as Delaware’s Top Doctor in 2020. Most recently, Dr Guerry was the University of Pennsylvania Department of Medicine Outstanding Service Award recipient in 2023.
